Hi, this blog is still on-going. I promiiiise. I know, I go a large amount of time without blogging on here and truth is, I've been horrible at documenting my styling work ALL OF 2020. There are 2 blogs of photo sessions I got to be a part of last year that I'm working on posting. If you follow me on Instagram you would have already gotten a look at them. I am definitely more active on there and as of a couple weeks ago decided to make a separate Instagram account where all my creative work will be from now on. The account is: @se.portfolio <-- I'd like to be more intentional with my styling work this year and see if I can even start traveling for my freelance work again. I know it's been crazy since the world has experienced this pandemic, hopefully I'm able to safely do so starting this spring.
2020. WHAT. A. YEAR. And that plainly is enough to mean so many different things to us. As life changing and worrisome as it was, I thank that year for allowing me to focus on other creative sides that make me Steff. Fashion will always be a natural way for me to express my taste, mood, play with color, make my own statement... it's never ending dress up. Mixing that with my other interest has felt more and more me. I guess that's how you know your growth is taking it's course. Lots and lots of goals this year, lots and lots of thoughts. I hope you stick around! If you're curious about my other platforms on the internet I've started, down below are the links. May this year be the best one yet, wishing you health and lots of love. - Steff Film Blog: La Vida en Film Personal Instagram: @steffesp

I like to call it a 'Charcoal eye'. When applying eyeshadow I tend to stray away from dark colors. Just because you really need to blend for a good while or else you've achieved raccoon eyes. I usually don't always wear eyeshadow. I like to keep my makeup minimal and pretty quick. BUT something shifted in me recently and I felt like wearing a darker eye look one day. So I came up with this quick eyeshadow look that is basically the sista of the smokey eye. It took me no longer than 5 min to complete my eye makeup 👍💥 The 2 in 1 Khol Liner is creamy enough to blend easily with your fingers and the new eyeshadows have passed my test because they are true to their color once you try them on. essence did it right with the new liquid lipsticks. These babies are amazing! The colors are buildable, pigmented, and moisturizing. I also loved the new packaging and oval shaped sponge applicator. It gets a good amount of product to apply as a first coat on your lips. Another reason why I'm all about the new liquid lipsticks. They're the perfect in between of a lipstick + lipgloss. *Dupe talk: I also noticed a similarity in the nude shade w. one of my NARS nude lipsticks. Both shades are very much alike which is awesome cause we all know NARS is a beauty splurge, ha ha! So for $3.49 it's a freakin' steal! Lots of new things going on for essence make up. They recently launched at selected Targets around the U.S. + a brand new website is coming out this month! You can shop products on there, read reviews, and get free shipping if you spend ONLY $25 or more. Head over to essencemakeup.com and enter your email to receive a launch announcement.
